About 50 % of my work is working with individuals,  I have a special intrest in working with anxiety, rumination , BPD and PTSD. I am DBT  trained skills practioner, but my core training is in the  psychodynamic approach ,  Ihave also trained in the pluralist approach

So what are theses approaches ?

  • As a DBT skills practitioner, I help clients build resilience and emotional well-being using evidence-based techniques. By focusing on mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotion regulation, I empower individuals to manage challenges and improve their lives.

  • Psychodynamic therapy explores the unconscious mind and how it influences our present experiences. It helps us understand how past experiences and relationships might be shaping our current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

  • Pluralistic therapy emphasises collaboration and finding the right approach for each unique client. It allows me to draw on a range of therapeutic techniques to best suit your needs and goals.
