One to One Counselling 

From time to time we all will face difficulties and challenges  that sometimes we need support with.  Counselling or Psychotherapy can be an extremely powerful tool to help us become more aware of who we are. Seeking counselling  can sometimes feel a little scary but  I am here to help make that transition as easy, comfortable, and rewarding as possible.
